The following are current
projects that Let's Build Wells is sponsoring:
Well for Community
Center- Current Focus Project |
- Description: This project will fund the acquisition
and placement of a 15,000 liter watertank, as well as
the drilling of a 100 meter water well. This shall provide
drinkable water to the ever increasing surrounding community
for many years to come. Water shall be used by a local
community center being developed for placement of children
so as the mothers and fathers may work to provide for
other basic needs. Water shall also be provided directly
to the surrounding houses through placement of pcv water
pipes. The tank is filled daily by paid local functionaries
of Let's Build Wells. All of this is provided free of
charge to the local residents.
UPDATE:
The land has been acquired for an agricultural project!
We are now needing: IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT- used or new.
Donations, including equipment, are now tax deductible
thanks to a recent IRS approval of our non-profit status.
Monetary donations of course are also welcome in this
great adventure. We plan on developing at least 10 acres
for community farm needs with the upcoming drilled and
available water.
UPDATE #2: SOLAR EQUIPMENT would also be appreciated to help cheange energy sources for the well pump..

Well Maintenance |
- Description: This is the continual upkeep and maintenance
of a previously drilled tubular well. The well has a virtual
unlimited water supply, limited only by the water tanks
holding the water. Currently there is one 10,000 liter
tank to hold the water for residential distribution. This
tank is filled daily by paid functionaries of Let's Build
Wells supported through this project. Water is piped to
residents in the area through pcv tubes, bought, installed,
and maintained through this project. Maintenance is of
no charge to local residents.
